Description
The 1/72 Space Shuttle 40th Anniversary plastic model kit is a detailed scale replica designed for hobbyists who enjoy building and displaying a faithful representation of NASA’s iconic reusable space shuttle. In 1/72 scale, it lets modelers recreate the shuttle in its commemorative 40th anniversary scheme with authentic surface detail and an engaging build experience.
This kit reproduces the exterior tile pattern, includes a finely detailed cockpit with an optionally removable canopy, and provides two crew figures. It features opening cargo bay doors, movable landing gear, and a movable rudder, plus a removable ESA space laboratory and a loading arm for realistic assembly. A decal sheet offers markings for the orbiters Columbia, Discovery, Atlantis and Endeavour, enabling authentic recreations of the space shuttle lineup.
