Description
Spektrum Smart G2 30C LiPo Battery, 5000mAh, 6S, with an IC5 plug, is a high‑performance RC power pack designed for models that demand strong, reliable power and smart charging. When paired with a Spektrum Smart Charger, this battery communicates its data through the IC5 data wire, allowing balance charging over a single connection and eliminating the need for a separate balance lead. The 30C discharge rating supports quick bursts and steady power, while the built‑in Smart G2 technology helps manage charging, storage, and health information for easier, safer operation.
Built for durability and easy maintenance, the pack uses thicker internal metal side plates to improve heat dissipation and cell protection during rough landings. It stores a wealth of information—brand, chemistry, capacity, C rating, per‑cell voltages, temperature, and cycles—plus a log of events like over‑heat and over‑charge. When connected to a compatible Smart Charger, the battery’s parameters upload automatically, enabling safe charging and user‑specific settings. Automatic storage discharge brings the pack to a safe 3.90V per cell after 72 hours of inactivity, with a fast auto‑discharge option up to 1.5A to help maximize life and performance.
