Description
Bowser/English HO Scale 70-Ton 2-Bay Ballast Hopper kits are based on cars used by railroads for hauling aggregates used in maintenance-of-way work trains. The cars are based on covered hoppers which have had their covers removed and hopper bay doors replaced with longitudinal ballast gates. The easy-to-build kits come with Accurail wheels and Kadee metal couplers, all manufactured in the United States. Other features include multiple body variations, accurate decoration and molded details. Undecorated and data-onbly cars are available for modelers who wish to decorate them for their own freelanced lines. The 70-Ton 2-Bay Ballast Hopper kit is a great addition to your diesel-era work train fleet. The ballast hopper is part of the entire line of Bowser/English HO Scale freight cars.
